Michael Napier brings deep enterprise CMS and development expertise, including component architecture, performance audits, and large scale event builds, along with advanced Webflow certification and best practices.
Ria Scureman
Ria Scureman is an award winning Senior Web Designer with decades of experience spanning enterprise organizations, agency partnerships, and independent leadership. Her career began in advertising, print, and marketing communications, building a strong foundation in brand messaging, audience engagement, and disciplined design principles before digital became dominant. She later founded and led her own web agency, delivering brand development, content strategy, and custom website solutions for both small businesses and enterprise marketing teams.
In her senior design leadership role at Lenovo, Ria led visual direction across global web properties, created and rolled out the Trackpoint Design System, and directed premium web experiences for high-visibility global campaigns and events. Her work has earned industry recognition and internal awards for elevating brand cohesion, improving design velocity, and aligning digital experiences with measurable business goals.
In addition to solid design experience, Ria brings mature creative judgment, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across the full lifecycle of brand and web development. She integrates herself and her team seamlessly with internal teams, provides proactive leadership without requiring oversight, and consistently translates complex business objectives into premium web experiences that balance creative vision with performance and scale.
Michael Napier
Michael Napier is an enterprise web engineering leader with more than two decades of experience building scalable, high-performance digital experiences for media, technology, and telecommunications organizations. His career spans senior roles at Time Warner Cable/Charter Communications, and Lenovo, where he led front-end development initiatives, managed web production workflows, and engineered responsive web applications that supported high-volume traffic and revenue-driving customer journeys across large regional and national markets.
At Lenovo, Michael developed enterprise components and templates within Adobe Experience Manager, contributing to global event sites including CES, MWC, and Innovation World. He supported complex content management system migrations, audited codebases for performance and accessibility, and partnered closely with design and content teams to ensure precise execution across global web properties.
Beyond Lenovo, his experience includes architecting dynamic customer interfaces, designing internal and customer-facing applications, and guiding agile development processes across multi-state operations. His depth across enterprise CMS ecosystems, custom development environments, and modern web platforms allows him to build web experiences that are reliable, performant, accessible, and designed for long-term scalability.
Michael is a graduate of The Flux Academy Webflow Masterclass, earning an industry-recognized certification in advanced Webflow proficiency and current best practices. He is also in the process of obtaining his Webflow Practitioner Certification, reinforcing his expertise in modern, standards-based Webflow development.
